Paper Submission Rules
To submit a paper:
- IPSI Transactions on Internet Research,
- IPSI Transactions on Advanced Research,
Paper will be entered into the reviewing process, only if the following conditions are satisfied:
- The paper layout format is satisfied approximately.
- The total size of the paper is maximum 10 pages of the above format.
- The total number of references is minimum 10.
- The submission is accompanied with a statement that the €500 publication fee will be paid, if the paper is accepted.
- The submission is accompanied with a statement that a paper is not published elsewhere, and is not under review in another journal, or for some conference.
If the paper is accepted (after one or more iterations of improvement), it will be forwarded into the publication process, only if the following conditions are satisfied:
- The paper layout format is satisfied absolutely.
- The publication and distribution fee of €500 for a paper of up to 6 pages. For each page after 6, €100 per page (the longest paper can have 10 pages). Deadline: two weeks after the acceptance notification moment. After this deadline: 10% extra. After one month: the paper is removed from the publication queue.
In order to help the authors get as many high quality reviews as possible, we keep approaching reviewers until the minimum of 6 quality reviews is obtained.
The publication fee is payable AFTER the paper is accepted, and BEFORE it is passed into the publication department.
For papers first submitted after August 31, 2004, there is no reviewing fee - only the publication fee.
