How To Activate Valuecard
You can activate your card within minutes by taking the following actionable steps.
- First go to www.t-mobilevaluecard.com which will redirect you to citiprepaid.com.
- Next click the ‘Register your card now‘ link located under the login box
- Now input the card number you received in the mail along with your security code and T-Mobile phone number.
- Click next, and you will then be taken to a verification screen to complete your activation.
Now you can take full advantage of your card account and login anytime through the main page which should look something like the image below.
Something to keep in mind when accessing your account from a location not recognized by T-mobile, is that you may be required to provide additional information to keep your account secure when Citi is trying to verify your identity. Citi has upgraded this method for all T-Mobile card accounts by means of Mobile SMS whereby a PIN can be received.
